We always aim to price ourselves slightly below the standard rate for similar services in Sweden. The final cost may depend on the expertise required, whether you’re an existing customer, and other factors.

Of course, we offer IT support when needed – whether you’ve purchased a website from us or already have your own! If you host with us, a set number of support hours are included in your plan.

IT Support for LD Products and Services:

  • From: 59.15 EUR/hour 

  • Emergency rate: 91 EUR/hour 

  • Evening/weekend surcharge: 50%

IT Support for Non-LD Products/Services:

  • From: 72.80 EUR/hour 

  • Emergency rate: 127.40 EUR/hour 

  • Evening/weekend surcharge: 50%

Maintenance

Maintenance is obviously crucial. That's why we include free maintenance hours with all our subscription services. If these run out, we provide additional help at a reduced rate.

Maintenance covers all services directly affecting your outward-facing platform. Examples include SEO, tag implementation, content updates, page integrations, etc.

Maintenance with Service Agreement:
